Our opinion
ToggleSkillshare offers a large catalog of courses on both career and hobby-related topics. We particularly like that you can get access to every course on the platform with just one, affordable subscription. You can also book one-on-one sessions with instructors, which is a bit pricey, but a super unique offering that no other online learning platform currently offers. We can therefore recommend Skillshare to anyone trying to learn digital & creative skills, especially if a subscription sounds better than buying individual courses.
YesChef offers a couple of high quality cooking classes with some of the world's most well-known chefs. We like that the courses have a super high production value, and the subscription they offer is fairly cheap. That said, their course catalog isn't very big yet, which means you might be able to go through all the courses they have to offer in a rather short amount of time. Therefore, we recommend YesChef if you want to watch the courses created by the chefs featured on their platform in particular. If you want a more extensive course catalog, there might be better alternatives available.
